I grew up most of my life in the Peninsula in the Bay Area. After graduating high school, I went to University of  California, Santa Cruz for my undergraduate degree where I double majored in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology B.S. and Economics B.A. While at UCSC, I tutored as a Modified Supplemental Instructor for various college level science courses. I took a few years off and worked at various jobs. After a while I decided I wanted to get back into biology so I applied for many CSUs. I liked Chico the most and am happy that I am able to study here.  I am now pursuing my M.S. in Biology at California State University, Chico. My hobbies include comic book reading, biking, playing tennis, playing basketball, going to the movies, and pretty much anything!
